The Process

Onsite  dimensions are taken and information gathered regarding the layout and interests or ideas. Attention to detail is key with regard to ventilation, lighting, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and space available. 

Our consultation and measure is free of charge. The initial measure takes about 1 hour to complete. We go back to the site and conduct a final measure before product is ordered to ensure an accurate fit. 

Once the layout is clear we design the kitchen or general living space with the clients wants and needs in mind. 2020 design software is used and includes detailed plans with technical attributes involving finished ends and cut outs and movable parts. 

Turn-around time for a design is usually within 1 weeks time unless noted otherwise.

While the design is being drawn up the customers are provided a few brands of cabinetry and counter tops to chose from which is in their budget or price group. General information provided to the clients include: wood species; colors, door styles, counter top materials, and  all wood product construction. 

Quotes are provided after the final design and layout is agreed upon with the chosen product. We usually price a few different brands of cabinetry and tops so the customer can choose which best fits their wants and needs. 

Once the designs and quotes are agreed upon its time to order the product. Our semi-custom and custom lines take about 6-8 weeks to get cabinetry delivered to your home. Our builders line can deliver cabinets in 2 weeks time. 

We refer only our best local Contractors and  Finish Carpenters to renovate and install our products. We will also work with your Contractor or Installer.

An install can take anywhere from 1 week to  a number of weeks depending on the scope of your project and the details of it.  

Turn-around time from template to installation for counter tops is approximately 7-10 working days.
